Google reviews for contractors and construction businesses
Residential renovation — kitchen, bathroom, basement, additions: clients often find you on Google, then ask for “someone reliable nearby”. Reviews tell the job better than an ad.
Word of mouth has a delay. Google does not.
A good job recommends itself — six months later, to a neighbour. On Google, the next call arrives this week. Without recent reviews, even careful work stays invisible. Too many contractors ask on bid day, or never.
When to ask
When the project is done for the client: last visit, site cleaned, invoice sent. Not in the middle of punch-list work. A new roof, a heat pump installed, a panel changed: “it’s finished” has to be true.
How it works
- Project complete→
- review request→
- automatic follow-ups→
- Google review
Sample message
Hello, the work at your place is done. Thank you for your trust — you can share your experience on our Google profile if you wish.
The message does not ask for a specific rating. The client writes what they want — that is Google’s rule, and it is more credible.
For residential renovation
The message adapts to the job: kitchen, bathroom, basement, additions. The flow stays the same: end of project, request, reminders. Landscaping and other exterior work are possible, but residential renovation is our specialty.
AvisFacile sends the SMS or email, follows up if nobody clicked, and brings reviews into the same tracking. Useful when jobs overlap and “I’ll text them” gets lost.
