Google reviews for real estate brokers
After a transaction, clients are often happy — and busy. A Google review request, at the right time, does the work that a last word at the office no longer does.
Why reviews matter in brokerage
A buyer or seller compares brokers on Google before writing. A thin profile, even with excellent word of mouth, leaves room for someone else. Reviews tell the story of communication, negotiation stress, and clarity — not just “the service was good”.
When to ask
The day after possession, or right after the keys change hands. Not during the inspection, not during a counter-offer. The file should feel closed in the client’s mind.
How it works
- Transaction closed→
- SMS/email request→
- reminder→
- Google review
Sample message
Thank you again for trusting us with your real estate transaction. If you have a minute, we would love to hear about your experience.
The message does not ask for a specific rating. The client writes what they want — that is Google’s rule, and it is more credible.
In AvisFacile
You create the request at closing — by hand, or as your team usually does. The channel (SMS or email) depends on the client. Reminders stop as soon as they click. Useful when several brokers share the same agency profile.
