Google reviews for home inspectors
Inspection is a trust business: the client opens their biggest purchase decision to you. Google reviews are often the first filter before the call.
Trust is read before the report
A nervous buyer types “home inspector” plus their city. They read reviews about report clarity, time on site, and phone manner. A silent profile forces you to explain everything in pre-qualification. An honest profile, even with a few nuances, reassures more than an inflated average.
When to ask after an inspection
Once the report is sent — not in the driveway, not before the client could read it. The day after sending is a good reflex: the document is in, urgent questions have passed.

Sample message
Hello, your inspection report has been sent. If the experience worked for you, you can share it on our Google profile — only if you want to.
The message does not ask for a specific rating. The client writes what they want — that is Google’s rule, and it is more credible.
SMS or email
Many inspectors already send the report by email: the review request can follow on the same channel, or by SMS if the client confirmed the appointment by text. AvisFacile keeps the same unique link either way.
If several inspectors share the same company, the Multi plan and shared templates keep everyone from reinventing the message.
