Terms of use

Last updated August 20, 2026

The service

AvisFacile.ca grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the online software to request reviews, follow up with clients, track delivery, and view imported reviews. This page is the end-user agreement for the service (including the licence agreement some partners such as Intuit require).

AvisFacile is not affiliated with Google LLC or Intuit Inc. “Google” and “QuickBooks” are trademarks of their respective owners.

Account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. The workspace owner is responsible for invited members and for connected integrations (QuickBooks and others).

Your clients and messages

You represent that you have the right to use the names, emails, and phone numbers you import or receive through an integration, and to send review-request emails or SMS. AvisFacile does not send bulk ads or buy lists. SMS rules are described on the SMS and consent page.

Integrations

Integrations are optional. By connecting QuickBooks Online, you authorize AvisFacile to receive relevant events and to read the related invoice and customer in order to create a review request according to the automation you enable. You may disconnect at any time.

Subscription and trial

A trial may be offered without a card. After the trial, paid access is billed at the posted rates. Email and SMS quotas apply. Non-payment or abusive use may lead to suspension.

Acceptable use

You may not use AvisFacile to harass, spam, impersonate, circumvent Google or applicable law, or scrape the service without authorization.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or any number of Google reviews. To the extent permitted by law, AvisFacile’s liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada. Courts of the district of Montreal have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply.
